Data and purposes
This website presents Mazzini Glamour and its menu. It has no user accounts, data collection forms, payments, visitor analytics or behavioural advertising. It does not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we may receive your contact details and the information you provide. We use these to reply, handle table or event enquiries and deliver requested services. Providing information is optional, but we may be unable to reply without the necessary details.
Legal bases
Booking and service enquiries are handled to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other messages are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to communications (Article 6(1)(f)). Statutory obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Your contact details are not used for newsletters or marketing campaigns through this website.
Browser storage
The website stores only your Italian/English language preference on your device using localStorage. It does not send this preference to analytics services. See the browser storage notice for details and deletion.
Recipients and external services
Enquiry data may be processed by the controller, authorised personnel and communication service providers in their respective roles. The email address uses Gmail; WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy notice also apply. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and a PDF on Google Drive open only when you select them; their content is not embedded.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their roles, recipients, countries and transfer safeguards must be verified before publication. This draft does not certify that no international transfers take place.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to reply and manage the relationship, taking into account statutory obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims. The controller must define operational deletion periods for emails, messages and documents before publication. The language preference remains in your browser until you delete site data or change your choice.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests by emailing the controller. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. Requests are handled within GDPR deadlines, normally within one month.
Hosting and browsing data
This version is a local preview. Its server may log technical requests, IP addresses, dates, times and requested resources. Before the website goes online, the hosting provider, processing location, recipients, legal basis and log retention periods must be identified and this notice updated.
